Refund Policy
Refunds for Premium Backgrounds are available for 14 days after purchase. The free recorder is not a paid product.

Premium Backgrounds only
This policy applies to the one-time Premium Backgrounds purchase ($14.99 USD) sold by Devakto. The screen recorder itself is free, so there is nothing to refund for installing it.
Refund window
Email us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund the payment. You do not have to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Write to support@showesome.com from the Google account you used at checkout, or include that email in the message. Tell us you want a refund of Premium Backgrounds.
Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method. Banks and card networks can take several days to show it.
What a refund changes
A refund or a successful payment dispute removes access to the premium stills on that Google account. Backgrounds that shipped with the free recorder stay available. Recordings you already made stay on your device.
After the 14-day window, the pack is a delivered digital purchase and we do not offer a refund. We still help if the unlock did not apply to the account that paid.
