The Showesome screen recorder is a Chrome extension. Recording, the included virtual backgrounds, and MP4 export stay free. The recorder does not require an account and does not add a watermark.

Install it from the Chrome Web Store. Chrome’s own terms and the permissions you grant in the browser also apply to the extension.

Premium Backgrounds is an optional add-on. One purchase unlocks the premium backgrounds in the extension for the Google account that pays.

The listed price is $14.99 USD. Tax may be added at checkout. The price and what is included are also on the Premium Backgrounds page.

The purchase stays on the Google account used at checkout. Signing in with a different Google account does not move it. The free recorder and the backgrounds included with it are unchanged if you do not buy the pack.

A purchase lets you use the premium stills inside Showesome on the Google account that paid. It does not transfer ownership of the images, and it does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or extract the background files for another product.

Checkout opens on recorder.showesome.com. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes the card payment. We do not receive or store your card number. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the payment. A completed payment is confirmed by Paddle, not by opening the success page.

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. A refund removes premium access. The free recorder stays. The details are in the Refund Policy.

How we handle account and purchase data is in the Privacy Policy. Recordings stay on your device.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continued use of Showesome after an update means you accept the current terms. A purchase already made keeps the pack described at the time you paid.
